1. Clinic Hours
Consultations and patient messages are accommodated from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Monday to Saturday. Messages sent outside these hours will be addressed the next clinic day.

2. Appointment Policy
Patients are encouraged to book appointments in advance. Walk

-ins may be accommodated depending on availability. If you will be late or need to reschedule, kindly inform us as soon as possible.

3. Payments
Consultation and procedure fees must be settled on the day of service. Accepted modes of payment: Cash, GCash, Bank transfer.

4. Senior Citizen & PWD Discounts
We honor 20% Senior Citizen and PWD discounts for all medical consultations and medical services (excluding cosmetic services).

5. Document Re-Issuance Policy
Reissuance of lost or misplaced documents including prescriptions, medical certificates, referrals, treatment notes, and other clinic paperwork requested after the consultation day will incur a ₱100 administrative fee. This covers:
Chart review
Re-preparation and verification of details
Secure processing and electronic sending

6. Follow-Up Policy
Follow-up visits are considered separate consultations unless stated otherwise by the doctor

7. Procedures
Patients must disclose allergies, medications, or medical conditions before any procedure.

8. Electronic Communication
Patients may send messages for clarifications during clinic hours only. Urgent medical concerns outside clinic hours should be directed to the nearest emergency facility.

9. Confidentiality
All patient information and images are confidential and handled according to medical privacy standards.
