Here’s a handy guide to make your visit and communication with us smooth and convenient.
1. Appointments & Contact Information
We are here to make scheduling your visit as easy and convenient as possible.
We encourage you to book an appointment in advance to help minimize waiting time and ensure a smoother clinic visit. While we are happy to accommodate walk-in consultations whenever possible, scheduled patients are given priority, and walk-in consultations are seen based on physician availability.
Note: Although we do our best to stay on schedule, consultation times may occasionally vary and extend beyond the allotted time, as each patient’s concerns and needs are unique. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

We're happy to assist you during clinic hours. Messages received outside clinic hours will be attended to on the next clinic day.
If you're running late or need to reschedule, kindly let us know as early as possible so we can adjust your appointment accordingly.

What to Expect When the Clinic Opens
Beginning at 10:00 AM, Riza, our Patient Coordinator, is available to assist you with:
• Appointment scheduling and general inquiries
• Patient registration and pre-consultation assistance
• Welcoming and assisting you throughout your clinic visit
• Access to a curated selection of non-prescription dermatologic products and cosmeceuticals, including sunscreens and other skincare essentials
3. Consultation Fees
TRMD Clinic maintains a single consultation fee for both new and follow-up visits.
Whether it's your first visit or a return appointment, every consultation includes a comprehensive assessment of your current condition, a review of your progress, an opportunity to discuss your concerns, and any necessary adjustments to your treatment plan.
Note: Consultation fees may vary depending on the physician you are seeing.
4. Senior Citizen & PWD Discounts
Eligible Senior Citizens and Persons with Disabilities (PWD) may avail of applicable discounts on medical consultations and services.
Please note that discounts do not apply to cosmetic or purely aesthetic procedures unless otherwise specified.
5. Payments
For your convenience, consultation and procedure fees are settled on the day of your visit.
We accept:
• Cash
• GCash
• Bank Transfer
At this time, we do not yet accept credit or debit card payments. We hope to offer additional payment options, including card payments, in the future to better serve you.
6. Medical Certificates & Related Documents
Medical certificates and related documents are issued only after an appropriate consultation and clinical evaluation.
Please note:
• These documents are provided only when medically appropriate and based on the physician's clinical judgment.
• Their preparation requires a careful review of your medical condition and records, as well as professional documentation. As such, a separate professional fee applies.
7. Document Re-Issuance
If you require a replacement copy of a prescription, medical certificate, or other clinic-issued document, a ₱100 administrative fee will apply.
This fee covers:
• Review of your medical record
• Verification of clinical information
• Secure reprinting or digital processing
8. Procedures
Your safety is always our priority.
Before any procedure, please inform your physician if you have:
• Allergies
• Current medications
• Existing medical conditions
All procedures are performed only after a thorough evaluation and informed consent.
9. Patient Privacy & Confidentiality
Your privacy and trust are important to us.
All patient information, medical records, photographs, and clinical information are handled with the highest level of confidentiality and in accordance with applicable medical privacy standards.
