The Dominicans came together, cheered each other on, conquered challenges, and made unforgettable memories under the sun! โ˜€๏ธ

On September 11, 2026, the St. Dominic Medical Center team gathered at Breeza Montagne Resorts and Events in Tanay, Rizal for DominiSplashโ€”an Institutional Team Building event filled with energy, laughter, teamwork, creativity, and camaraderie.

From exciting team challenges and hands-on activities to fun-filled moments under the sun, every activity gave employees the opportunity to connect, collaborate, and discover what can be achieved through teamwork.

It was a day filled with happy moments, shared victories, and memories worth keepingโ€”a well-deserved break from the usual routine and an opportunity to strengthen the connections that make the SDMC Family stronger as one.

Coming together with a shared commitment to serve and lead, the SDMC Human Resources conducted a Leadership Skills Seminar themed โ€œ๐—ง๐—ต๐—ฒ ๐—Ÿ๐—ฒ๐—ฎ๐—ฑ๐—ฒ๐—ฟ ๐—ถ๐—ป ๐— ๐—ฒ: ๐—”๐˜‚๐˜๐—ต๐—ฒ๐—ป๐˜๐—ถ๐—ฐ, ๐——๐—ฒ๐—ฐ๐—ถ๐˜€๐—ถ๐˜ƒ๐—ฒ, ๐—˜๐—บ๐—ฝ๐—ฎ๐˜๐—ต๐—ฒ๐˜๐—ถ๐—ฐโ€ last April 21, 2026. The event brought together our passionate Senior Directors, Directors, Officers, and Associates for an empowering experience of reflection, collaboration, and growth, led by Mr. Alvin M. Obillo.

Our leaders engaged in meaningful, interactive activities, followed by reflective processing moments afterwards. In the spirit of reflection and renewal this Lenten season, the Human Resources Office of St. Dominic Medical Center held a meaningful Lenten Recollection last Tuesday, March 31, 2026, with the theme, "Maging Akin Muli."

Guided by retreat master, Ms. Mylene Icamina Maravilla, participants were invited to pause, reflect, and returnโ€”realigning hearts with purpose in service, compassion, and healing.

May this season continue to inspire everyone, across all roles and departments, to serve with humility, faith, and loveโ€”finding meaning even in the quiet and challenging spaces of our work.
