The BGHMC Mental Health Crisis Hotline is now back with a new number.

🎄 We, Filipinos, often see the holiday season as a time for happiness, family, and celebration. But it can also bring 𝙨𝙩𝙧𝙚𝙨𝙨, 𝙖𝙣𝙭𝙞𝙚𝙩𝙮, 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙛𝙚𝙚𝙡𝙞𝙣𝙜𝙨 𝙤𝙛 𝙡𝙤𝙣𝙚𝙡𝙞𝙣𝙚𝙨𝙨 — from financial pressures to social expectations.
