Opo. Kailangang kumpleto ang detalye ng pasyente para magawan ng electronic record at mabigyan ng appointment sa clinic.

Ito rin ang dahilan kung bakit Tuesday, Wednesday, at Saturday ako sumasagot ng appointment requests. Naglalaan ako ng oras online para mas hindi mahaba ang paghihintay ng mga pasyente sa clinic tuwing Monday, Thursday, at Friday.

Kung may dati na po kayong record at follow-up consultation na, pakibanggit lamang ang kompletong pangalan para ma-pull out ko agad ang previous record.

FAQ 5: Pwede ba gumamit ng health card (HMO) sa face-to-face consultation?

Sagot:
Oo, pwede gumamit ng HMO sa pag-konsulta ng face to face.

Steps:

1. Magpa-appointment muna dito da page during online hours at hintayin ang confirmation at instructions.
2. Kapag confirmed na, kumuha ng LOA (Letter of Authorization):
* Sa HMO office ng hospital: Tiglao or St Raphael.
* Sa online portal ng inyong HMO (print 2 copies ng eLOA)

For e LOA ng Maxicare patients:
Kumuha ng eLOA sa online portal at piliin ang
“Angeles University Medical Center” sa dropdown, then i-print ang 2 copies
Hindi po pwede sa online consult ang HMO’s.

Pag-akyat sa hagdan, derecho sa hallway—nasa bandang kaliwa ang clinic.

Pwede po, pero baka hindi namin kayo ma-accommodate agad dahil:

• may emergency cases

Para ma-secure ang slot, message 2 days before your target clinic day:

📝 Step 3: Complete details please
Para mabilis ma-process, pakibigay:

* Full name
*Birthday
*Complte address
* Contact number
* HMO (if meron)

FAQ #8: Pwede ba magpa-schedule ng ultrasound sa clinic?

Sagot:
Hindi po ako nag-u-ultrasound sa clinic. Pero kung kailangan, nagbibigay po ako ng referral na may kompletong detalye para sa OB Sonologist at pinapagawa ito sa tamang timing ng ultrasound.

Mas iwas po ito sa sayang sa oras at gastos dahil kadalasan mas maganda ma assess muna kung ano klaseng test ang kailangan at may correct timing din. Maituturo din natin kung saan at kailan maganda at maayos mag pa ultrasound

Kapag may resulta na, maaari itong i-send through the NowServing App Messages at pakisabihan lang ako sa Facebook para ma-check ko ang submitted result. Hindi na po kailangang pumunta sa clinic para mag submit ng results.
