Position: Clinic Secretary

Lipa Childrenā€™s Clinic is looking for a friendly, organized, and reliable Clinic Secretary.

Qualifications:
ā€¢ 2 yr course/Vocational/College Undergrad/NC 2 (preferably familiar in customer service/patient-related care) applicants are welcome
ā€¢ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
ā€¢ Computer literate (Microsoft Office and basic online applications) is an advantage
ā€¢ Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
ā€¢ Pleasant personality with a heart for serving children and families
ā€¢ Previous clinic or customer service experience is an advantage but not required

Key Responsibilities:
ā€¢ Welcome and assist patients and their families
ā€¢ Schedule appointments and manage the clinic calendar
ā€¢ Answer phone calls and online inquiries
ā€¢ Maintain patient records with strict confidentiality
ā€¢ Assist with billing, payments, and other administrative tasks
