Before filing your Certificate of Candidacy (COC), make sure you meet the qualifications for the position:
✅ Resident of the City of Bayugan
✅ 17 years old or below at the time of the election or selection
✅ Demonstrates leadership, good moral character, and active participation in school and community activities
✅ Has no serious disciplinary record
✅ Committed to promoting and protecting children’s rights and welfare while encouraging meaningful child participation
✅ Willing to serve as a role model and representative of the children of the City of Bayugan
