Kumain ka na nga… pero gutom ka pa rin after an hour. 😩

Hindi ka mahina sa willpower.
Your meal just wasn't built to keep you full.

Pag kulang sa protein, healthy fat, at fiber — your body literally never gets the "busog na" signal. So it sends hunger cues again. And again. Tapos overeat ka na sa susunod na pagkain.

The fix isn't eating less. It's eating the right balance.
Satisfaction isn't a bonus — it's the strategy. 🌿

Kape muna… instead of a real meal? ☕

For many employees, coffee becomes a quick fix for energy—sometimes even replacing breakfast.

The challenge is, caffeine can mask hunger temporarily…
but often leads to energy crashes and stronger cravings later.

Coffee isn’t the problem.
But it shouldn’t replace proper meals.

Try pairing your coffee with something balanced—even a simple meal can make a difference (try nilagang saba or boiled egg for starter!)

Because real energy comes from real nutrition.

Monday reminder: the "perfect" time to start eating better doesn't exist. 🌿

You don't need a new week, a new month, or a new year.
You just need today — and one small, intentional choice.

Maybe that's drinking an extra glass of water. Choosing the meal with more greens.
Packing a lunch instead of skipping one.

Progress doesn't ask for perfection. It asks for presence.

What's one small thing you can do for your health today? Drop it below. 👇

𝐁𝐲 𝐧𝐨𝐰, 𝐰𝐞'𝐯𝐞 𝐚𝐥𝐥 𝐦𝐞𝐭 𝐒𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐞 (aka the orange fruit)— 𝐦𝐚𝐲𝐛𝐞 𝐨𝐧𝐜𝐞, 𝐦𝐚𝐲𝐛𝐞 𝐚 𝐟𝐞𝐰 𝐭𝐢𝐦𝐞𝐬.

But what does this fruit actually do for you?

Sharmaine is packed with Vitamin C (~59 mg per 100 g, USDA), which supports your immune system and helps your body manage stress—something your 3 PM back-to-back meetings could use.

𝐎𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐞-𝐟𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐝𝐥𝐲 𝐭𝐢𝐩: Keep a Sharmaine at your desk. It’s easy to peel, requires no utensils, and makes for a simple, zero-effort snack that actually gives something back—a quick energy boost.

Naka ilang tasa ng kape ka na simula kaninang umaga? ☕☕☕☕

Alam mo ba na your morning coffee habit might actually be working for you. 😎

New research published in 2025 (https://doi.org/10.1093/eurheartj/ehae871) found that people who drank coffee before noon had the greatest reductions in early mortality risk — including from heart disease.

The sweet spot?
Around 3–4 cups a day. Not the "I-need-to-survive-this-week" six cups, but a reasonable morning ritual.

The catch: 𝑩𝒍𝒂𝒄𝒌 𝒄𝒐𝒇𝒇𝒆𝒆 (or close to it) showed the biggest benefits. The moment you turn it into a dessert with sugar and cream or any blended coffee drinks (sorry, salted caramel cappuccino) those gains quietly disappear. Your 𝒃𝒂𝒓𝒂𝒌𝒐 or 𝑨𝒎𝒆𝒓𝒊𝒄𝒂𝒏𝒐 is lowkey working overtime.

So the next time someone side-eyes your third cup — just tell them it's science. ☕

Ever finished your snack… and didn’t even realize it? 👀

Eating while replying to emails or sitting in meetings has become normal in many workplaces especially for our WORK FROM HOME heroes.

But when you’re distracted, your body doesn’t fully register fullness— which can lead to eating more than you actually need, without feeling satisfied.

Small shift, big impact:
Try taking even 10–15 minutes to step away from your screen and focus on your meal.
Because awareness is a key part of healthy eating.

Happy Pride Month 🌈

We are with you in celebrating diversity, inclusion, and respect—lalo na sa loob ng ating mga workplace.

💼 A truly healthy workplace isn’t just about physical wellness. It’s about creating a safe space where everyone feels seen, heard, and valued, regardless of gender identity or orientation.

👥 Sa kultura nating Pinoy, natural ang pakikipagkapwa-tao at malasakit. Let’s bring that same energy into our workplaces by promoting respect, acceptance, and equality for the LGBTQIA+ community.

🌱 Because when people feel safe and supported, they thrive—physically, mentally, and emotionally.

Let’s work together to build healthier, more inclusive spaces—where everyone has the chance to grow and glow.

Workplace wellbeing is often viewed as a support function—but it also has direct business implications.

Health-related productivity loss, including presenteeism and reduced performance capacity, can represent a significant portion of organizational costs. Looking at factors that influence daily functioning—such as nutrition—can help organizations move from reactive solutions to more proactive, performance-driven strategies.

What if prevention starts where people spend most of their day?

Workplace nutrition can be a powerful step toward long-term health.
