Wonder why Doc Bea is only available, Wednesdays and Saturdays?

It is because aside from Palaca Dental Clinic, Doc Bea Palaca-Peñafiel, is also the project dentist of Philos Health Jagna, a private NGO, who has two clinics: JCES Dental Clinic and Boctol Dental Clinic.
Through this org, in partnership with LGU Jagna and DEPED-Jagna District, children from preschool to Grade 6 receive free dental treatments. Tooth extraction procedures are scheduled and done twice a week (8 per day). Oral rehab procedures, twice a week as well (8 kids or more).

In this video, Doc Bea and trusty dental assistant, Ma’am Ester, perform tooth extraction on our 5 year old Boctol Preschool Student, Austin.

So if you want to book your dental appointments, we may not be open the rest of the week but we will see you on Wednesday and Saturday, by appointment only.

Kaway kaway sa mga patients jan, you know who you are 🥲

"Last month namaga mukha ko dahil sa sirang Ngipin, binigyan ako ng gamot at sinabi na bumalik after 7 days, kaso hindi ako bumalik at Today namaga ulit siya. Bakit ganun doc uminum naman ako gamot bakit bumalik ulit ang Maga?"

Madalas natin gawin ito kapag binigyan tayo ng Gamot at nawala ang Maga o swelling akala natin okey na yung problema natin.

Pero nakakalimutan natin na ang Gamot na ibinigay ay para makontrol lang na di lumalala o kumalat ang Infection. Hindi ito ang solusyon sa Sirang Ngipin.

Tips: Kapag sinabi ng Dentist mo na bumalik ka after 7 days or after matapos ang Gamot dpat bumalik ka para magawa ng Dentist ang treatment sa sirang mong Ngipin, either Root Canal treatment or Extraction ito ang treatment dito.

Tandaan pabalik balik lang ito kapag hindi nabigyan ng tamang treatment. Kaya sumunod sa instruction lagi ng mga Dentist.
