I've met people with impressive titles...
But very few who left a lasting impact.
That made me realize something.
My theory?
A leader's greatest legacy isn't found in the position they held...
It's found in the people they helped become better.
Anyone can manage tasks.
Anyone can give instructions.
Anyone can demand results.
But it takes a different kind of leader to see potential where others see limitations.
To encourage someone when they've lost confidence.
To coach instead of criticize.
To lift others instead of competing with them.
Real leadership is about multiplying people—not your ego.
One day, someone else will sit in your chair.
Someone else will carry your title.
But the values you instilled...
The confidence you built...
The lives you influenced...
Those will continue long after you're gone.
That's the kind of legacy worth pursuing.
And for me, leadership isn't just a responsibility at work.
It's a responsibility at home...
In business...
In friendships...
And in every life God allows us to influence.
So before asking, "How many people am I leading?"
Maybe the better question is...
"How many people are becoming better because I chose to lead well?"
