"A 3-year-old boy was exposed by a cat today. The bites/scratches are on the head, hands, and eyebrow. Category 3 exposure.
His mother immediately brought him to ExtraCare Animal Bite Clinic, so he could receive the Anti Rabies Vaccine right away

1. *Broken skin* from bites/scratches, OR
