The MaHFA UTSA Culmination Program has finally come to an end, and honestlyโฆ where do we even begin?
What started as a day filled with preparations, running around, fixing last-minute concerns, and making sure everything was in place slowly turned into one of the most memorable moments we shared together as a family. From signing the attendance sheets to taking the final group photo, every part of the event became a reminder of how far everyone has come.
The program was not only about presentations and academic achievements, although the oral and poster presentations truly showcased the hard work, passion, and dedication of every participant. It was also about the laughter heard during the raffle draws, the chaos and fun during the โGuess Who,โ random questions, and color games, and the unexpected talents shown during the intermission numbers that made everyone cheer and smile.
But beyond all the fun and activities, one of the most unforgettable parts of the event was realizing that this chapter is slowly coming to a close for our graduating UTSA members. The heartfelt messages from Sir Jess, Maโam Eve, and Sir Arn reminded everyone that graduation is not simply the end of a journey, but the beginning of another one filled with opportunities, challenges, and dreams waiting to be achieved.
One of the most emotional moments of the program was when the MaHFA UTSA members themselves rendered their message, sharing their gratitude, experiences, and cherished memories throughout their journey as UTSA members. The atmosphere became even more heartfelt when previous UTSA members also shared their messages โ warmly welcoming the new generation of UTSA while reminding everyone that no matter how many years may pass, the bond and family built within MaHFA will always remain.
The room grew even quieter and more emotional as the tribute video was presented. Watching old photos, memories, candid moments, and milestones flash across the screen made everyone realize just how much had been shared together through the years. Some laughed, some became emotional, and some simply smiled while remembering the journey that brought everyone to that moment.
The awarding of certificates became more than just receiving pieces of paper. Each certificate represented sleepless nights, teamwork, sacrifices, growth, and countless memories shared together throughout the journey. Congratulations to all UTSA members, the hardworking organizing committee, and the winners of the oral and poster presentations for your dedication and achievements.
And finally, as everyone gathered together for the last group photo, smiles filled the room while hearts quietly realized that moments like these do not happen forever. Some chapters end, people move forward, and paths may eventually separate โ but the memories, friendships, laughter, and experiences built within MaHFA will always remain.
To our graduating members, thank you for your hard work, your presence, your friendship, and for becoming part of this beautiful journey. No matter where life takes you next, always remember that MaHFA will always be proud of you.
