Distance made this couple's journey even more challenging. Since her husband lives abroad, they only had a short window of time to try for a baby when he came home. Knowing this, she came to Pro-Create months in advance. We performed the necessary tests, corrected her hormone levels, and carefully prepared her body before starting one cycle of ovulation induction, timed perfectly with her husband's visit. Their preparation paid off, and she conceived after just one cycle. Today, she's already in her third trimester, and we're praying for a safe and healthy delivery for both mom and baby.

Our former patient with PCOS carried her pregnancy safely despite having a small, benign ovarian cyst measuring less than 5 cm. Since it wasn't causing any complications, we carefully monitored it throughout her pregnancy and safely removed it during her cesarean section.

Throughout her pregnancy, she faced continuous spotting in her first trimester, was diagnosed with Antiphospholipid Antibody Syndrome (APAS), underwent a cervical cerclage after developing a shortened cervix, and later learned that her baby had intrauterine growth restriction (IUGR).
