Ang rabies ay isang seryosong sakit na maaaring maiwasan kung maagapan ang exposure. 🐶💉

Kung nakagat, nakalmot, o nalawayan sa sugat ng a*o o pusa, maghugas agad ng sugat at magpatingin sa pinakamalapit na Animal Bite Center. Para sa mga exposure na nangangailangan nito, maaaring kabilang sa treatment ang anti-rabies vaccine , tetanus at ERIG, depende sa assessment ng healthcare professional.

💙 Sa rabies, huwag maghintay ng sintomas. Magpa-check agad.

📌Ang paghuhugas ay nakakatulong upang makaiwas sa infection at para narin makatulong maalis ang laway at rabies na nasa sugat.

📌Hindi napapatay ng sabon, alcohol, at iodine ang rabies. Kailangan parin agad magpakonsulta sa malapit na Animal Bite Treatment Center.
