I once won a Biggest Loser challenge.
A few months later, I was in the hospital.
This was around 2–3 years before I discovered WILDFIT.
At that time, I thought I was doing well.
I lost weight.
I finished the challenge.
I won.
From the outside, it looked like a success.
Pero after a few months, my GERD got worse, I wasn’t feeling well, and eventually I ended up in the hospital.
That experience forced me to ask a question I had never really asked before:
If losing weight automatically means getting healthier… why was I getting sicker?
That was one of the moments that changed how I looked at health.
Because I realized:
You can lose weight and still not build health.
The scale can go down while your body is still struggling.
Back then, I was mostly doing health DIY.
Lose weight.
Exercise more.
Eat less.
Try another approach.
Hope it works.
Then years later, through WILDFIT, the programs, the learning, and eventually becoming a coach, I started understanding my health on a much deeper level.
Not just how to lose weight, but how food, energy, cravings, habits, stress, and the body actually work together.
And that completely changed the goal for me.
Today, I don’t see weight loss as the main target.
For me, the bigger goal is:
better energy,
a better relationship with food,
better health markers,
less dependence on cravings,
and a body that actually feels better to live in.
Weight can change along the way.
But weight loss is a result.
Health is the goal.
That lesson took me years to understand.
And ironically, I first learned it after “winning.”
