My Journey, My Purpose, My RODECH Legacy
This is what I do at night here in Japan and it remains one of the greatest joys of my life. Teaching has always been my number one passion. Sharing my knowledge, skills, and expertise in safety gives me a deep sense of fulfillment because I know that every session has the power to change someone’s life, career, and future.
Fast forward to today, it still amazes me how former students once trainees seeking guidance have become colleagues, partners, and even leaders in the same industry. From being their trainer and mentor to eventually working alongside them as part of my team… that is one of the proudest moments of my career. Nothing compares to seeing a tatakRODECH graduate rise and excel.
As we celebrate our 24th Anniversary on April 11, 2026, RODECH and my entire team reaffirm our commitment to the Filipino workforce. Our mission remains unchanged:
To provide world‑class, accessible, and empowering Safety Training Programs that help every worker exceed their limitations and unlock their full potential.
For 24 years, we have built a legacy of service, integrity, and excellence and we will continue this mission for many more years to come.
