In recognition of his leadership, dedication, and commitment to public service, 𝗥𝗘𝗚𝗜𝗢𝗡𝗔𝗟 𝗬𝗢𝗨𝗧𝗛 𝗗𝗜𝗥𝗘𝗖𝗧𝗢𝗥 - 𝟳 𝗠𝗜𝗚𝗨𝗘𝗟 𝗕𝗥𝗜𝗚𝗢𝗟𝗜 was formally inducted as a 𝗥𝗘𝗚𝗜𝗢𝗡𝗔𝗟 𝗔𝗗𝗩𝗜𝗦𝗢𝗥𝗬 𝗖𝗢𝗨𝗡𝗖𝗜𝗟 𝗠𝗘𝗠𝗕𝗘𝗥 under the PNP Health Service RMDU 7, 𝗥𝗔𝗚𝗣𝗧𝗗.

The induction was conducted under the leadership of 𝗣𝗢𝗟𝗜𝗖𝗘 𝗟𝗜𝗘𝗨𝗧𝗘𝗡𝗔𝗡𝗧 𝗖𝗢𝗟𝗢𝗡𝗘𝗟 (𝗣𝗟𝗧𝗖𝗢𝗟) 𝗝𝗢𝗡𝗔𝗦 𝗜. 𝗔𝗕𝗖𝗘𝗗𝗘, Acting Chief/Officer-in-Charge of RMDU – 7, Philippine National Police Health Service, further strengthening the collaboration between youth leadership and the PNP health sector.

This milestone signifies a strengthened partnership aimed at promoting responsive leadership, community health awareness, and unified public service efforts across the region. It highlights the vital role of youth leaders in contributing to advisory bodies that support strategic direction and community-centered initiatives.

As a newly inducted member of the Regional Advisory Council, 𝗥𝗬𝗗 – 𝟳 𝗠𝗜𝗚𝗨𝗘𝗟 𝗕𝗥𝗜𝗚𝗢𝗟𝗜 continues to uphold the values of integrity, leadership, and service - bringing the voice of the youth into higher platforms of governance and collaboration.

Demonstrating its unwavering commitment to environmental stewardship and sustainable community development, 𝗥𝗘𝗚𝗜𝗢𝗡𝗔𝗟 𝗔𝗖𝗖𝗘𝗥𝗧 𝗬𝗢𝗨𝗧𝗛 – 𝟳 actively participated in a Mangrove Tree Planting Activity in the coastal community of Inoburan, City of Naga, Cebu, reaffirming the organization's dedication to protecting the environment while strengthening disaster resilience and climate action initiatives.

The activity was graced by the presence of 𝗖𝗢𝗥𝗣𝗢𝗥𝗔𝗧𝗘 𝗣𝗥𝗘𝗦𝗜𝗗𝗘𝗡𝗧 𝗗𝗥. 𝗠𝗜𝗚𝗨𝗘𝗟 𝗖. Mangrove forests serve as one of nature's strongest defenses against coastal erosion, storm surges, and the impacts of climate change. Through this initiative, volunteers worked hand in hand to plant mangrove seedlings, contributing to the restoration of coastal ecosystems while promoting environmental awareness and encouraging active youth participation in conservation efforts.

Beyond planting trees, the activity served as a reminder that protecting the environment is a shared responsibility. Every seedling planted represents a long-term investment in stronger coastlines, healthier marine ecosystems, and safer communities for future generations.

Demonstrating unwavering commitment to public safety and community service, 𝗥𝗘𝗚𝗜𝗢𝗡𝗔𝗟 𝗔𝗖𝗖𝗘𝗥𝗧 𝗬𝗢𝗨𝗧𝗛 – 𝟳 successfully deployed its personnel during the Cebu Heritage Run, serving as Medical Back-Up Responders and Philippine National Police Force Multipliers to ensure the safety, security, and well-being of all participants throughout the event.

The operation was spearheaded by 𝗥𝗘𝗚𝗜𝗢𝗡𝗔𝗟 𝗬𝗢𝗨𝗧𝗛 𝗗𝗜𝗥𝗘𝗖𝗧𝗢𝗥 𝗠𝗜𝗚𝗨𝗘𝗟 𝗕𝗥𝗜𝗚𝗢𝗟𝗜, with the full support of the 𝗖𝗢𝗥𝗣𝗢𝗥𝗔𝗧𝗘 𝗣𝗥𝗘𝗦𝗜𝗗𝗘𝗡𝗧 𝗗𝗥. 𝗠𝗜𝗚𝗨𝗘𝗟 𝗖. The deployment was conducted in close coordination with the 𝗧𝗢𝗨𝗥𝗜𝗦𝗧 𝗣𝗢𝗟𝗜𝗖𝗘 𝗨𝗡𝗜𝗧 – 𝗖𝗘𝗕𝗨 𝗖𝗜𝗧𝗬 𝗣𝗢𝗟𝗜𝗖𝗘 𝗢𝗙𝗙𝗜𝗖𝗘, under the guidance of 𝗣𝗠𝗔𝗝. 𝗠𝗔𝗥𝗞 𝗗𝗢𝗡 𝗔𝗟𝗙𝗥𝗘𝗗 𝗣. 𝗟𝗘𝗔𝗡𝗭𝗔, Unit Chief, further strengthening the partnership between ACCERT Youth and the Philippine National Police in promoting a safe, secure, and orderly environment for the public.

Throughout the operation, responders maintained strategic medical standby positions, assisted in crowd monitoring, coordinated with law enforcement personnel, and remained prepared to provide immediate emergency medical assistance whenever necessary. Their professionalism, vigilance, and readiness contributed to the successful and incident-free conduct of the event.

In line with its commitment to strengthening partnerships with national government agencies, REGIONAL ACCERT YOUTH-7 conducted a Courtesy Call at the Headquarters of the Philippine Coast Guard District Central Visayas to reinforce cooperation in public service, maritime safety, disaster preparedness, and youth development initiatives.

The delegation was warmly received by 𝗥𝗘𝗔𝗥 𝗔𝗗𝗠𝗜𝗥𝗔𝗟 𝗔𝗚𝗔𝗣𝗜𝗧𝗢 𝗕. 𝗕𝗜𝗕𝗔𝗧, District Commander of the Philippine Coast Guard District Central Visayas, where meaningful discussions were held regarding future collaboration, volunteer engagement, emergency response, and strengthening the role of the youth as partners in nation-building.

In its continuing commitment to developing disciplined, service-oriented, and community-driven youth leaders, ACCERT YOUTH successfully conducted the Induction and Training Program for 𝗕𝗔𝗧𝗖𝗛 𝟲 "𝗞𝗔𝗕𝗔𝗬𝗔𝗡𝗜", welcoming a new generation of volunteers dedicated to public service, leadership, and community development.

The activity was conducted in coordination with the National Youth Offices of ACCERT Youth and was headed by 𝗡𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡𝗔𝗟 𝗣𝗥𝗢𝗚𝗥𝗔𝗠 𝗗𝗜𝗥𝗘𝗖𝗧𝗢𝗥 𝗦𝗧𝗘𝗟𝗟𝗢 𝗠𝗨𝗥𝗜𝗭 𝗕𝗥𝗜𝗚𝗢𝗟𝗔, together with the 𝗡𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡𝗔𝗟 𝗘𝗠𝗘𝗥𝗚𝗘𝗡𝗖𝗬 𝗥𝗘𝗦𝗣𝗢𝗡𝗦𝗘 𝗧𝗘𝗔𝗠, under the supervision of 𝗥𝗘𝗚𝗜𝗢𝗡𝗔𝗟 𝗬𝗢𝗨𝗧𝗛 𝗗𝗜𝗥𝗘𝗖𝗧𝗢𝗥 𝗠𝗜𝗚𝗨𝗘𝗟 𝗕𝗥𝗜𝗚𝗢𝗟𝗜, ensuring the successful conduct of the induction and training program.

The training focused on 𝗔𝗡𝗧𝗜-𝗖𝗥𝗜𝗠𝗘 𝗜𝗡𝗜𝗧𝗜𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗩𝗘𝗦 and 𝗕𝗔𝗦𝗜𝗖 𝗘𝗠𝗘𝗥𝗚𝗘𝗡𝗖𝗬 𝗥𝗘𝗦𝗣𝗢𝗡𝗦𝗘 𝗧𝗥𝗔𝗜𝗡𝗜𝗡𝗚, equipping participants with the knowledge, skills, and mindset necessary to become responsible volunteers, community leaders, and active partners in public safety and emergency preparedness.

Through lectures, practical exercises, and organizational orientation, Batch 6 "KABAYANI" was introduced to the core values of ACCERT Youth—discipline, volunteerism, leadership, preparedness, and service above self.

REGIONAL ACCERT YOUTH - 7, headed by Regional Youth Director 𝗠𝗶𝗴𝘂𝗲𝗹 𝗕𝗿𝗶𝗴𝗼𝗹𝗶, successfully conducted a Courtesy Call Meeting with the Chief of Operations of LTO Region 7, Atty. Vincent Francis Bien Santiago, held at the Land Transportation Office (LTO-7).

This engagement marks a significant step in strengthening inter-agency collaboration, fostering partnership, and aligning unified efforts toward promoting public safety, traffic management, and community service across the region.

Through this initiative, both REGIONAL ACCERT YOUTH - 7 and LTO - 7 reaffirm their commitment to building safer and more responsive communities through coordinated action and shared responsibility.

In line with this partnership, upcoming initiatives will include community-focused seminars such as:
• Drunk Driving Awareness Seminar
• Roadside Safety Awareness Seminar

These programs aim to educate the public, promote responsible road behavior, and enhance emergency preparedness among motorists and the community.

REGIONAL ACCERT YOUTH - 7 proudly commends the dedication, discipline, and outstanding service of Cebu City Accert Youth for successfully rendering duty during the Pride Picnic Event held at IT Park, Cebu City, last June 14, 2026 (2:00 PM – 10:00 PM), hosted by the Cebu Pride Movement.

Spearheaded by 𝗗𝗲𝗽𝘂𝘁𝘆 𝗖𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝘁𝗵 𝗗𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗿 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗔𝗱𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, 𝗝𝗮𝗵𝗱 𝗜𝘇𝗿𝗶 𝗙. 𝗦𝗮𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗮𝗻, the team effectively served as both backup medical responders and security multipliers, ensuring the safety, well-being, and orderly conduct of the entire event.

We also extend our sincere appreciation to the National Staff for their invaluable support, particularly the 𝗡𝗣𝗜𝗢, 𝗡𝗣𝗗, 𝗩𝗣-𝗬𝗔, and 𝗘𝗥𝗧 of Accert Youth - National, whose coordination and presence significantly contributed to the success of this operation.
