From a cervical length of 1.3 cm at just 26 weeks to a full-term pregnancy—with progesterone alone, no pessary. 🙏✨
Todays follow up of this precious baby delivered via spontaneous vaginal delivery (SVD), weighing 3,300gms.

My heart is so full. This little one made it just before I go on leave. Moments like these remind me why we do what we do. So grateful and truly blessed. 🥹❤️

𝗧𝗼𝗱𝗮𝘆, 𝗣𝗮𝗼 𝗣𝗮𝗼 𝗶𝘀 𝗳𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝗴𝗼𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗵𝗼𝗺𝗲. ❤️

For almost a month in Pediatric ICU, he bravely fought one of the toughest battles of his young life due to an infection in his brain.

Seeing him today, finally discharged, is truly one of the most rewarding moments for me as his pediatrician. From those critical days to this milestone, every bit of progress has been a reminder that healing takes time, patience, and faith.

This may not be the end of his journey, but it's a beautiful new beginning. I pray that your recovery continues, Pao Pao, and that each day brings you more strength, better health, and endless reasons to smile.
