Since we are starting with limited riders and staff, please expect:

👉 Scheduled Deliveries – Orders will be assigned delivery times depending on rider availability. Please place your requests early in the day.
👉 Slight Delay in Replies – Our small team is working hard to respond to everyone. We kindly ask for your patience if replies take a little longer than usual.
👉 Rush Deliveries – Still available upon request (₱20–₱50 extra, depending on urgency).

✅ Ordering Requirements

Provide name, contact number, and exact address.

Send your medicine list or prescription (photo if required).

💵 Payments

Cash on Delivery (COD) for first-time customers.

GCash / Maya for faster processing.

Orders ₱1,000+ require 50% downpayment.

🚴 Service & Delivery Fees

Service Fee: ₱30 minimum

Delivery Fee: ₱12/km

Rush Orders: +₱20 service fee (for immediate/rush requests).

📌 Transparency & Updates

You will always receive:

To serve you better and comply with pharmacy requirements, PillPort PH Dumaguete requires a simple Customer Authorization whenever you order prescription medicines. This is for your safety and to ensure medicines are released legally.

✅ How does it work?
When you order prescribed medicines, you’ll be asked to provide an Authorization Letter + Valid ID + Doctor’s Prescription. Don’t worry—we made it easy for you! You may choose:

1️⃣ General Authorization (Reusable) – Sign once, valid for your future orders.
2️⃣ One-Time Authorization (Per Order) – Sign only for today’s order.
3️⃣ Quick Handwritten Authorization – If you don’t have a printer, just write a short note, sign it, and send us a photo together with your ID and prescription.

📌 This extra step helps us protect you, keep your records safe, and avoid problems with pharmacies.
