I gave AI one simple prompt:

“If my life were a movie, what would the poster look like?”

When I saw the result, I realized something.

AI didn’t invent this version of me.

It reflected the conversations we’ve had, the dreams I’ve shared, the goals I’m working toward, and the person I’m slowly becoming.

As I continue my Road to 50, I’ve realized this season isn’t about proving anything.

It’s about becoming.

I’m becoming someone with better habits.

Someone who keeps learning because curiosity is one of the best investments I can make.

Someone who’s learning to be kinder to herself.

Someone who’s building healthier relationships and reconnecting with the people who matter most, including myself.

And maybe my biggest lesson this year is redefining what wealth really means.

For the longest time, I thought wealth was about achieving more.

Now I think wealth is also…

✨ Having the freedom to rest without feeling guilty.

✨ Being fully present instead of always thinking about the next goal.

✨ Having relationships that feel safe.

✨ Having work that gives me purpose.

✨ Having enough time to enjoy the life I’m building.

✨ Choosing alignment over appearances.

Luxury, for me, isn’t about keeping up with what society says success should look like.

Luxury is waking up excited about my day.

It’s having peace.

It’s having choices.

It’s having people I love.

It’s having a life that feels aligned from the inside out.

Maybe that’s what this poster really captured.

Not who I am today.

But who I’m practicing becoming.

And honestly…

I think this is my favorite chapter yet. ❤️

Some invites are impossible to say no to. 💜

The best part? I wasn’t there to teach. I was there to be a student.

Spending a day moving, breathing, and sharing space with a room full of amazing women at the Switchplay Yoga event was exactly the kind of energy I needed.

Sometimes, the best way to fill your own cup is to simply roll out your mat and practice alongside everyone else.

Congratulations, Justine Cordero-Em, on bringing this beautiful community together. Here’s to more moments that remind us wellness is even better when shared. ✨

I guess you wondered where I’ve been… 🎶

I’ve been a little quiet on social media lately, but last weekend I had the privilege of teaching yoga at the Samsung Recovery Tent during the Galaxy Manila Marathon.

To every runner who showed up, whether you conquered 5K, 10K, 21K, or the full 42K, I admire you. The distance is impressive, but what inspires me even more is the commitment it took to get to the starting line.

Recovery is part of the race too. It was an honor to help runners slow down, breathe, stretch, and give their bodies a little love after crossing the finish line.

Congratulations to everyone who ran. Until the next one. 💙

Five years to 50.

Looking back, this journey probably started when I attended a workshop by Ken Honda. Then came Millionaire Mind Intensive, Cashflow games, books, podcasts, conversations with mentors, becoming a Financial Advisor with AIA, and now becoming a DragonFi PERA Partner.

What started as curiosity became a rabbit hole of learning.

Because one thing I’ve learned at 45 is this:

Nobody is coming to save my retirement except me.

Not school.
Not my employer.
Not a prince on a white horse.

The truth is, I don’t have a perfect financial story.

I’ve had debt.
I’ve made money mistakes.
I’ve worried about the future.

But I’ve decided that shame won’t build wealth. Learning will.

So these days, I intentionally surround myself with people who know more than I do. People who challenge my thinking and teach me what I was never taught in school.

Because financial freedom doesn’t happen by accident.

It happens one lesson, one decision, and one investment at a time.

And lately, I’ve realized that wealth is not just about money.

It’s about having choices.
It’s about peace of mind.
It’s about not becoming a burden to the people you love.
It’s about being able to care for yourself and your family with dignity.

I am not a Disney princess waiting to be rescued.

I am a woman learning how to build her own safety net.
A queen learning how to stand firmly on her own two feet.

Five years to fifty.

And I’m making every year count. 💛

Last Saturday, I got invited to lead yoga for and I’m always grateful for opportunities like this.

The theme was Sound Mind, Sound Body and one message stayed with me:

Winning looks different for everyone.

For some, winning looks like showing up.
For others, it looks like trying again.
Sometimes it looks like focus.
Sometimes, allowing yourself to rest.

As a performance and wellbeing facilitator, moments like this remind me that sustainable performance isn’t always louder or harder.

Sometimes, it starts with taking care of the body and nervous system that carry us through life.

Thank you for creating spaces that support movement, recovery, and wellbeing 🖤

Most teams don’t lack effort. They lack recovery.

Without space to reset, stress builds up. It shows up in communication, decision-making, and overall team energy.

This is where intentional pauses matter. Not as a break from work, but as support for how work actually gets done.

I facilitate corporate yoga, sound healing, and wellbeing workshops and programs designed for real workplaces, real pressure, and real people.

If you’re exploring ways to support your team, send me a message.

High performers don’t struggle with ideas.
They struggle with ex*****on.

Many people stay in thinking mode. Planning mode. Learning mode. But performance changes when thoughts become words, and words become action.

This is where real change happens. Not in knowing more, but in practicing more.

Even in my own journey, I see how easy it is to stay in awareness and delay implementation. But results come from the moments we decide to act on what we already know.

What is one thing you already know you need to do… but haven’t acted on yet?

31/03/2026

High performers rarely lack information.
What is often missing is integration.

Reading. Learning. Attending workshops. Saving posts. Taking notes. But not always translating insight into daily practice.

This is where burnout quietly builds. When everything stays in the mind, the nervous system stays “on” without resolution.

Honestly, I see this in myself too. I know. I teach. But the real question is:
Do I actually practice what I know?

Alignment is not more knowledge.
It is practicing what we already understand.

Follow for more on performance, nervous system regulation, and sustainable success without sacrificing your health.
