1. Graphic Designer

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer who can create digital and print graphics, support minor to mid-level website creative edits, and work closely with an overseas client.

Qualifications:

Experience in graphic design or related creative work
Proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar tools
Strong eye for layout, color, typography, and branding
Highly detail-oriented and able to spot even small errors
Good English communication skills
Portfolio or sample works required
A 30-second to 1-minute video introduction is preferred
2. Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a customer-focused professional with excellent communication skills, technical background, and experience or confidence in handling calls.

Qualifications:

Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written
Comfortable handling customer calls
Technical background or experience is preferred
Able to assist with customer inquiries, concerns, and basic troubleshooting
Customer service or call center experience is an advantage
Can work independently and as part of a team

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

*Do all sewing tasks as needed
*Operates 4 - thread machine
*Set up sewing machines
*Maintain and repair all sewing machines
*Complete preventative maintenance tasks such as cleaning and oiling machines as scheduled
*Inventory parts maximizing costs and machine availability
*Enter purchase requests for parts in a manner which maximize cost, efficiency, and on-time delivery of the finished product
*Train employees in corrective action and procedures to minimize wear and maintenance needs
*Meeting production timings, goals, and deadlines as measured by productivity metric
*Balance need to keep machines in top working condition while production needs


QUALIFICATIONS:

*with at least five (5) years experience as SEWER (4 thread machine)
*with in-depth knowledge and experience in Maintaining, Repairing, and Setting up Sewing Machines
*amenable to work in Guiguinto area from Monday to Saturday
*can work in shifting schedule

· Develop, implement, modify, and document recordkeeping and accounting systems, making use of QuickBooks online and other.
· Implement and accomplish ISO documents for the accounting and finance department.
· Advise management about issues such as resource utilization, tax strategies, and the assumptions underlying budget forecasts.
· Maintain and examine the records of government agencies.
· Contribute to adhoc activities instructed by the immediate supervisor.
