On July 30-31, 2026, participants of the NXT Leaders Program Cohort 2C successfully completed ๐Œ๐จ๐๐ฎ๐ฅ๐ž 6: ๐€๐ฌ๐ฌ๐ž๐ซ๐ญ๐ข๐ฏ๐ž ๐‚๐จ๐ฆ๐ฆ๐ฎ๐ง๐ข๐œ๐š๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง ๐š๐ง๐ ๐Œ๐จ๐๐ฎ๐ฅ๐ž 7: ๐„๐ฅ๐ž๐ฏ๐š๐ญ๐ข๐ง๐  ๐๐ซ๐ž๐ฌ๐ž๐ง๐ญ๐š๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง๐ฌ through an engaging two-day learning experience.

These modules focused on strengthening essential leadership competencies, empowering participants to communicate with confidence, clarity, and respect while enhancing their ability to deliver impactful and engaging presentations. Through interactive discussions, activities, and practical exercises, our leaders gained valuable tools to express ideas effectively, navigate workplace conversations, and present with greater influence and credibility.

In celebration of National Infection Prevention and Control Week, our employees came together for a fun-filled Amazing Race and Quiz Bee that highlighted the vital role of infection prevention, patient safety, and quality care in our daily work.

Spearheaded by Ms. Meryl Guanzon, Infection Control & Patient Safety Associate Manager, together with our Patient Safety and Quality Management Team, this meaningful activity provided an opportunity for learning, collaboration, and team bonding while reinforcing our shared commitment to creating a safe environment for both patients and healthcare workers.

We are grateful to all our employees who enthusiastically participated and demonstrated that patient safety is truly everyone's responsibility.
