Meet 𝑬𝒓𝒍𝒂 𝑮𝒓𝒂𝒄𝒆 𝑳. 𝑨𝒈𝒖𝒕𝒂𝒚𝒂, 𝑹𝑷𝒔𝒚, 𝑹𝑷𝑴, 𝑪𝑺𝑭𝑷 — an Assistant Professor II at Central Philippine University, licensed psychologist, and mental health practitioner with extensive experience in psychotherapy, forensic psychology, and mental health program implementation. She currently combines clinical practice and academia, teaching psychology and research courses while providing evidence-based and solution-focused psychotherapy for individuals experiencing anxiety, stress, burnout, relational concerns, and other mental health challenges.
Her professional experience spans academic, clinical, and organizational settings. As a wellbeing specialist and practicing psychologist, she facilitates individual and group counseling, conducts mental health trainings, and contributes to organizational wellness initiatives that promote healthier and more resilient workplaces. She also brings expertise in forensic psychology and culturally responsive practice, ensuring that interventions remain relevant, ethical, and tailored to the unique needs of Filipino clients and diverse populations.
In higher education, Erla has been actively involved in research supervision, curriculum delivery, and program coordination, mentoring students in both quantitative and qualitative research while upholding rigorous ethical and psychometric standards. A summa cm laude graduate and award-winning researcher, she continues to champion the integration of scientific rigor and practical mental health applications.
As part of the MHAV Program, she brings a clinically grounded and research-informed perspective to the discussion, drawing from her expertise in psychotherapy, education, and community-based mental health interventions to help organizations move from burnout awareness toward sustainable and actionable mental health solutions.
