POTASSIUM?

Ang POTASSIUM ay isang mineral at electrolyte na mahalaga sa katawan ng tao.

🔑 Ano ang ginagawa ng potassium?
Tumutulong sa normal na tibok ng puso
Nagre-regulate ng balanse ng tubig sa katawan
Mahalaga sa paggalaw ng muscles (kasama ang puso)
Tumutulong sa pag-function ng nerves

⚠️ Bakit mahalaga?
Kapag kulang (low potassium / hypokalemia): maaaring makaramdam ng panghihina, pulikat, o iregular na tibok ng puso
Kapag sobra (high potassium / hyperkalemia): maaari ring maging delikado sa puso.

Normal Value (3.5-5.0 mEq/L)
