Ngayong araw, matagumpay nating naisagawa ang ating ika-9 na Dugong Jones Marathon na ginanap sa Brgy. Tupax Community Center, sa pangunguna ng NAEMMA Cluster, sa pakikipagtulungan ng LGU Jones sa pamamagitan ng Jones Super Health Center, at ng ating partner blood bank na Southern Isabela Medical Center (SIMC) Blood Bank Center.

The Dugong Jones Marathon is an initiative of the Local Government Unit of Jones through the Municipal Health Office (MHO) Jones, dedicated to promoting voluntary blood donation and ensuring a safe, sufficient, and accessible blood supply for our community.

This 9th Mobile Blood Donation Activity is proudly organized by the NAEMMA Cluster in partnership with the Southern Isabela Medical Center (SIMC).
Every drop counts. Every donor matters. Through your selfless act of giving, we can extend hope and help save the lives of patients in need.

Our sincere appreciation goes to the entire Jones Super Health Center Public Health Team for successfully completing the three-day Semi-Annual Program Implementation Review 2026. This accomplishment reflects the dedication and teamwork of our Municipal Health Officer, Program Managers, Doctor to the Barrios, Human Resources for Health, Rural Health Midwives, and all personnel who worked tirelessly in validating data, evaluating program performance, and planning strategies to further strengthen our health services.

We also extend our heartfelt gratitude to our Municipal Health Officer, Dr. Joanna Michelle U. Casareno, DPPS, whose exceptional leadership, unwavering guidance, and commitment to excellence continue to drive our health programs forward. Her vision and steadfast support inspire the entire team to continuously innovate and deliver quality public health services to the people of Jones.

Pride Month Celebration & HIV/AIDS Awareness Symposium

In celebration of Pride Month, the Jones Super Health Center proudly joined the activities spearheaded by the Municipal Government of Jones Isabela, through the Jones Isabela Gay Association, the Office of the Municipal Civil Registrar, and the Jones Gender and Development (GAD) Committee in promoting equality, inclusion, and health for all.

The celebration featured an informative lecture on HIV Awareness and Prevention delivered by Dr. Aira V. Pangilinan, followed by interactive games and exciting prizes facilitated by Mark Veejay Sergote, RN, Public Health Nurse and Program Manager of the HIV/AIDS and STI Program. Free HIV counseling and testing services were also provided, along with the distribution of condoms to support disease prevention.

Through education, prevention, and community partnership, we continue to strengthen our commitment to creating a healthier, more inclusive, and stigma-free Jones. Happy Pride Month! ๐ŸŒˆ
