Haven't been here in a while. I initially wanted to say sorry for not posting with cadence but then I realized that while I'm not here as much, I am actually doing myself a favor -- I was regenerating. โก

When I asked what do you want to see more in here, I got a lot of responses on posting more personal content. So here I am, sharing what I have been up to the past weeks.

๐ด I found a new love affair - biking. Aside from making candles, I never thought that biking would feel therapeutic! I am now seeing more places, exploring, and enjoying moments outside. There is something about the wind when it blows against my body. I feel like the Universe is giving me a power hug ๐ซ

๐ I am also trying to be more intentional in noticing the things/moments I am grateful for every single day. I share my list with friends and strangers on the group chat. I celebrate with others, and they do the same with me.

I guess I am more okay now with taking things slow. It used to be just a thought in my head, like a silent wish. Now I am slowly building my boundaries and trying to be consistent with them.

So if you're like me, I want you to know that it's okay to honor your pace. And that in the process of doing so, you'll get to know more about yourself and the people around you (and meet new friends, too!)
