TUNOG NG PUSO ❤️🎶
Last night, we were reminded of something so simple, yet so profound:
★Our body is always listening.★
Our hearts beat in rhythm with what we experience—what we hear, what we see, what we feel, and even what is happening within us. External and internal stimuli can influence our heartbeat, our breathing, our nervous system, and the way our whole body responds.
And one of the most eye-opening realizations from last night’s talk was this:
We try so hard to control ourselves, when so much of what happens within us is actually being regulated automatically.
Our autonomic nervous system quietly works behind the scenes—helping regulate our heartbeat, breathing, digestion, blood pressure, stress responses, and so many other functions we don't consciously command.
We don't tell our hearts when to beat.
We don't have to remind ourselves to breathe.
We don't consciously instruct our bodies how to respond to every stimulus.
Our body already knows how to respond.
And perhaps this is where sound becomes so fascinating.
Last night, Gra beautifully brought us into the world of sound as medicine—how sound and vibration may influence the nervous system and create an environment where the body can move from stress and heightened alertness toward relaxation, regulation, and restoration.
It made us wonder:
💖What if healing isn't always about doing more?
💖What if sometimes, we simply need to create the right conditions for our body to do what it was designed to do?
💖What if we learned to listen—not only to the sounds around us, but also to the sound of our own heart?
We are deeply grateful to Gra, our amazing Brazilian speaker, for sharing her knowledge so beautifully and helping us see the connection between sound, the nervous system, and our body's innate capacity for healing.
Last night was more than learning about sound.
It was an invitation to pause, listen, and reconnect with the wisdom of our own bodies.
Because sometimes, healing begins when we stop trying so hard to control everything…
…and simply listen. ❤️
We, the Cielo en la Tierra Wellness Team would like to thank everyone who joined us for “Tunog ng Puso.”
May we continue creating spaces where people can learn, breathe, reconnect, and discover new pathways toward well-being.
At Cielo en la Tierra, we believe that healing is a journey—and sometimes, it begins with listening.🎶❤️
