Indirect hernia, with direct component, lipoma of the cord and varicocele done thru Desarda technique.
36th patient done with this technique and so far, so good, haven't experienced a recurrence yet. 🙏🏻

Huge hepatic cyst (liver cyst) containing 6.9 liters of cystic fluid occupying almost half of the right lobe.
Unroofing/marsupialization and drainage of the cyst done thru laparoscopic method.
Patient was discharged the following day.
