❤️ Every second counts. Every pair of hands can make a difference.
Ever had that realization that emergencies don't wait for an invitation?
On July 24, 2026, the hallways of Misamis Occidental National High School (MONHS) became places of learning, action, and preparedness as the School Disaster Risk Reduction and Management (SDRRM), together with the Red Cross Youth (RCY), Boy Scouts of the Philippines (BSP), and Girl Scouts of the Philippines (GSP) successfully concluded Day 2 of our Room-to-Room Hands-Only CPR Awareness Campaign.
🫀 From classroom to classroom, our volunteers demonstrated the life-saving basics of Hands-Only CPR—showing that anyone can become someone's first responder. Through interactive discussions and hands-on practice, students learned that staying calm, acting quickly, and performing quality chest compressions can make all the difference while waiting for professional help.
👏 A heartfelt thank you to every student, teacher, volunteer, and organization who participated, asked questions, and practiced with enthusiasm. Together, we're creating a school community that is not only informed but also ready to respond when it matters most.
Preparedness isn't just a skill—it's a responsibility. Because one trained person can save one precious life. ❤️
