👶💗 Another Bundle of Joy at RHU Paglat Birthing Center! 💗👶

June 13, 2026 marked another successful and safe delivery at the RHU Paglat Birthing Center! A healthy baby girl was born at 3:02 AM via Normal Spontaneous Vaginal Delivery (NSVD), weighing 2.9 kilograms, under the dedicated care of our RHU staff on duty. 🩺✨
After delivery, our team provided health teachings to the mother on safe motherhood, family planning, and proper nutrition, while the newborn received a FREE Newborn Screening to ensure a healthy start in life. 💕👩‍🍼👶

A heartfelt thank you to the LGU Paglat, especially Mayor Raisa Langkuno, RCrim, JD, and Hon. Vice Mayor Sagandingan Gumonsang, for their continuous support and for providing incentives and financial assistance through the Hilot/Walyan Program for our patients. 🤝❤️

June 04, 2026 | Healthy Paglat, Ligtas Lahat

A successful delivery was conducted at the RHU Paglat Birthing Center on June 04, 2025. A healthy baby boy was safely delivered at 12:34 PM through Normal Spontaneous Vaginal Delivery (NSVD), with a birth weight of 3.0 kilograms, under the care and supervision of the RHU staff on duty.

Following the delivery, the RHU team provided health education to the mother on safe motherhood, family planning, and proper nutrition. The newborn also received free newborn screening as part of the continuous commitment of RHU Paglat to ensure the health and well-being of both mother and child.

We would also like to express our sincere gratitude to the LGU Paglat, especially to Mayor Raisa Langkuno, RCrim, JD, and Hon. Vice Mayor Sagandingan Gumonsang, for their unwavering support and for providing incentives to the Patient and Hilot "Walyan" for financially support

Together, we continue to promote quality maternal and child healthcare for every Paglateño.

Tuwing alas-4 ng hapon, ugaliin ang TAOB, TAKTAK, TUYO, TAKIP upang mapigilan ang pagdami ng lamok na nagdadala ng dengue.

✅ TAOB – Ibaligtad ang mga lalagyan na maaaring maipunan ng tubig.
✅ TAKTAK – Alisin ang naipong tubig sa mga paso, gulong, at iba pang lalagyan.
✅ TUYO – Panatilihing tuyo at malinis ang paligid.
✅ TAKIP – Takpan nang maayos ang mga imbakan ng tubig.

Ang dengue ay maiiwasan kung sama-sama tayong kikilos. Maging mapagmatyag at panatilihing malinis ang ating tahanan at komunidad.

Nagsagawa ngayong araw ng meeting at data presentation ang Municipal Nutrition Council sa Women’s Center bilang bahagi ng “Program Implementation Review” sa ilalim ng PMNP-BARMM Project.

Dumalo sa naturang meeting sina Mayor Raisa P. Langkuno, JD, RCrim, Municipal Administrator Jeddalyn C. Langkuno, at Committee on Education Chairperson Councilor Jayhan Langkuno, kasama ang mga concerned personnel at nutrition program implementers ng munisipyo.

Tinalakay sa pagpupulong ang mga datos at updates kaugnay ng implementasyon ng mga nutrition program sa bayan, kabilang ang assessment ng kasalukuyang kalagayan at mga hakbang upang lalo pang mapalakas ang mga serbisyo para sa kalusugan at nutrisyon ng mamamayan.

Layunin ng program review na mapabuti ang koordinasyon ng iba’t ibang tanggapan at masiguro ang maayos at epektibong pagpapatupad ng mga programa sa ilalim ng PMNP-BARMM Project.

Patuloy namang ipinapakita ng lokal na pamahalaan ng Paglat ang suporta nito sa mga programang nakatuon sa kapakanan, kalusugan, at mas maayos na kalidad ng buhay ng bawat residente.

The Rural Health Unit of Paglat, together with the Barangay Local Government Unit of Brgy. Damalusay, successfully conducted the Fully Immunized Children (FIC) Graduation held at Brgy. Damalusay, Paglat, Maguindanao del Sur. This meaningful event celebrates the children who successfully completed their routine immunization, ensuring better protection against preventable diseases and promoting a healthier future for every child in the community.

The activity reflects the continuous commitment of RHU Paglat in strengthening child health programs and raising awareness on the importance of complete immunization for every child. Through the cooperation of parents, healthcare workers, and community leaders, we continue to achieve safer and healthier communities for our children. 👶✨

The Rural Health Unit of Paglat successfully conducted the Mental Health Program Monitoring and Case Presentation together with the IPHO and MOH-BARMM Team. The activity aimed to assess and strengthen the implementation of mental health services, review existing cases, and ensure that proper care and support are being provided to individuals in need within the community.

The monitoring and case presentation served as an opportunity to enhance coordination, improve mental health interventions, and promote awareness on the importance of mental wellness. Through collaborative efforts, RHU Paglat, IPHO, and MOH-BARMM continue to work hand in hand in delivering accessible, compassionate, and quality mental health services for the people of Paglat.
