This Su***de Prevention Month, we are reminded that compassionate conversations can create spaces where people feel heard, safe, and supported—and where hope can grow.

At Phlourish, we believe that talking openly about mental health is an important step toward living a flourishing life. We join the call to shift the conversation around su***de toward openness, understanding, and support.

As we continue to create safe spaces for meaningful and responsive conversations through our programs, we also want to highlight one simple and important message:

𝙔𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝙨𝙩𝙤𝙧𝙮 𝙘𝙖𝙣 𝙘𝙤𝙣𝙩𝙞𝙣𝙪𝙚. 𝙈𝙖𝙮 𝙝𝙖𝙣𝙙𝙖𝙣𝙜 𝙢𝙖𝙠𝙞𝙣𝙞𝙜 𝙨𝙖𝙮𝙤. 🫂

If you or someone you know needs support, please reach out to the helplines below.

📣 𝐘𝐨𝐨𝐡𝐨𝐨! 𝐃𝐢𝐭𝐨 𝐚𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐢𝐧!

As we celebrate Phlourish's 3rd anniversary this month, we're proud to share our latest knowledge product:

📘 𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐡𝐢𝐧, 𝐇𝐢𝐤𝐚𝐲𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐧, 𝐀𝐥𝐚𝐥𝐚𝐲𝐚𝐧/𝐎𝐛𝐬𝐞𝐫𝐛𝐚𝐡𝐚𝐧 (𝐈𝐇𝐀/𝐎): 𝐀 𝐏𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐆𝐮𝐢𝐝𝐞

Pronounced "iha/iho," IHA/O is Phlourish's simple approach to meaningful adolescent engagement, designed to help mentors better understand, encourage, and support young people.

The Guide reflects the on-the-ground mentoring experiences of Phlourish's dedicated volunteers in the Guided Self-Help Toolkit Program. Filled with practical skills, activities, and illustrations, it shows how to build supportive mentoring relationships and create meaningful learning experiences with adolescents.

💛 A heartfelt thank you to all our volunteers—including contributors, illustrators, reviewers, and our layout artist—for generously sharing your time, expertise, and dedication. Your invaluable contributions have made this Guide possible. We are deeply grateful for your support!

Here's to three years of impact—and to many more years of helping young people flourish!
