‎Last July 31, 2026, we sat together in Dalapitan High School — not as strangers, but as people who understand that life can get heavy. In that room, there were quiet tears, gentle nods, and stories shared with trembling voices. And in every moment, we chose kindness. We chose to listen without judgment. We chose to remind each other that it’s okay to not be okay.

In today’s fast-paced and digitally connected world, our children are facing challenges we didn’t grow up with. They need more than rules. They need guidance, understanding, and someone who truly listens.

Theme:

A huge thank you to all the parents and guardians of Matalam High School Studentswho attended and participated in our Parenting Seminar 2026.

Together, we learned how to protect our children from digital distractions and how to recognize when they are mentally and emotionally exhausted. Because parenting isn’t just about providing — 𝘐𝘵'𝘴 𝘢𝘣𝘰𝘶𝘵 𝘣𝘦𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘱𝘳𝘦𝘴𝘦𝘯𝘵. 𝘐𝘵'𝘴 𝘢𝘣𝘰𝘶𝘵 𝘴𝘩𝘰𝘸𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘶𝘱.

We proved that raising children today takes teamwork between home and school. And when we work together, we build a safe space where every child can grow and thrive.

Respect. Protect. Speak Up.

Harassment has no place in our school. Everyone deserves to learn in an environment where they feel safe, respected, and valued.

If you experience or witness any form of harassment, don't stay silent. Reach out through the SSLG Page, or visit the Guidance Office or the Peer Facilitators Club for counseling and support. Every concern should be addressed with care and appropriate action.

Let's stand together against harassment and create a school community where kindness and respect always come first.

Bullying ends when someone speaks up.

No one should have to face bullying alone. If you or someone you know is being bullied, don't keep it to yourself. Report it to a trusted teacher, school official, or reach out for support.

📩 The SSLG Page is always open for students who want to seek help. You may also visit the Guidance Office or the Peer Facilitators Club for counseling and support. Every report deserves to be heard, given proper attention, and acted upon.

The Guidance Interview Enrollment Period held from 𝐉𝐮𝐧𝐞 𝟏–𝟓 at the 𝐂𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐂𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫 (Guidance Office) has officially concluded. Through the dedication of our counselors and facilitators, students were guided and assisted throughout the enrollment process, ensuring a smooth and supportive experience for all.
