Let me interrupt your doom scrolling for a second

I pulled this card today when I took a break while doing year ahead readings, and it hit something real 🥹

Being different can wake up fear. Not because there’s something wrong with you, but because standing out attracts attention. And if you’re not used to being seen, that attention can feel uncomfortable. Nakakahiya. Nakaka-pressure. Nakakadrain. So sometimes, we shrink. We try to blend in. We act like everyone else just to feel safe.

But who decided what’s “normal” anyway? Most of the rules we follow are quietly shaped by society. And just because something is common doesn’t mean it’s true for you. You’re allowed to shine, even if your way looks unfamiliar.

Over time, I realized why staying true to your uniqueness actually matters:

🔅Your uniqueness gives others permission to show up as they are too. Mas lumalakas ang loob when someone goes first.
🔅 It teaches you self-trust. You know who you are, so outside opinions don’t shake you as much.
🔅 Being different makes you memorable. You don’t need to try hard to stand out when you’re already one of a kind.

This cactus blooms in harsh places. It doesn’t soften itself just to survive. It adapts without losing its nature.

So this 2026, show up as yourself. Your uniqueness isn’t making you less as a person. It’s what makes you real.

Sabi ko sa self ko before simulan 'tong coachings ko this year is:

Cause I've done that. Ang OA ko talaga, na lagi nalang may extra movement when I am explaining something HAHA

Pinipigilan ko talaga sya, pero the more I hide it, the more na hindi ko maexpress ang self ko at ang mga intuitive messages natin.

This is my first time to do readings on an outdoor setup at huhu what another core memory!

To be honest, mej kinakabahan ako before magstart yung day 1. I am always afraid and overthinking when I join pop marts or events na hindi spiritual/mystic yung theme. There is always that heavy fear na baka hindi maappreciate ung mga ginawa ko or even just the idea of me doing tarot readings in such a fast-paced, modern crowd. It’s that simple insecurity of, "baka di align."

But joining Avenue changed that perspective completely.

I was so afraid that because it was open and crowded, my energy would be scattered. Takot ako sa crowd kasi I am always feeling everything huhu. But surprisingly, the universe held space for me. I loved my table there—the air, the lighting, and may mga halaman na malapit sakin (instant grounding hehe).

It wasn't just about the space, it was about the people. Even amidst the stickers, art prints, and merchandise, I realized people were searching for soul connections. In a place where we thought everyone is just busy and advanced, I found people who need, look and are waiting for their guidance.

I was asked questions and shared stories that I've never heard before. Na napaisip ako na, we cannot really save everyone, but we can offer our reading practice to help whoever we can reach.

And this brings me to next year. I don't want to just wish you na "I hope 2026 will be more kinder to you." No. You’ve been too kind to the world by not doing what is right for you, what you are passionate about, or chasing that dream you keep hiding, just because you feel like you are being "too much" or because you are afraid of the crowd.

So, this 2026, mas tapangan mo. Take reasonable risks, magsimula ka ulit, make bold actions, lumabas kana sa comfort zone mo. Wag mo na isipin if magugustuhan ba ng ibang tao yung mga trip mo sa buhay, as long as you don't hurt other people.

Do it scared, do it tired, do it unsure—just do it anyway.

I don't wanna be surprised. I wanna be prepared.
With all the things that happened this year and the energies I felt while doing year-ahead readings, sabi ko talaga, this 2026 I don't want to be surprised. I want insights so I can prepare.

I don't want to walk into 2026 with the same mindset like: "if it's for me, it will be for me." - no, I want guidance, insights. I want to make better plans. I want to meet the Universe halfway—not just manifesting, but actively aligning myself with my desires.
