Grief doesn't follow a schedule, and it doesn't look the same for everyone. Some people cry openly; others go quiet. Some return to routine quickly; others need much more time. There is no "right" way to grieve, and no timeline you're supposed to be keeping up with.

If you've lost someone or something important to you, please be gentle with yourself. Healing isn't about "moving on" it's about learning to carry the loss differently, at your own pace.

If you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply don't know where to start in processing what you're going through, you don't have to figure it out alone. Reaching out for professional support is a sign of strength, not weakness and it can help you find steadier ground again.

You are allowed to grieve in your own way. And when you're ready for support, help is here.

AI can be a helpful tool for reflection, but it is not a substitute for therapy. 🌿

Healing requires empathy, accountability, and the human connection only licensed professionals can provide. 💙

✨ Therapists, your compassion and wisdom are irreplaceable—technology may assist, but it is your presence that truly makes recovery possible. 🌸

A psychological report is never a one‑time task. 💙

It requires multiple tests, interviews, and careful analysis to ensure accuracy. Psychologists take time because every detail matters—rushing risks errors that could affect a client’s care. 🌸

✨ The process may feel long, but it is designed to protect clients, uphold ethics, and provide a diagnosis that truly reflects their needs.

Counseling and consultations serve different purposes: 🌿
- Counseling is about ongoing support, guidance, and healing.
- Consultations are for assessment, diagnosis, and recommendations.

Both are vital, but they are not the same. Counseling is a journey, while consultations provide clarity for diagnosis. 🌸

Wrapped up my Postgraduate Certificate in Forensic Psychology, and I’m reflecting on a journey that was as demanding as it was meaningful. 🎓✨

The highlight? The moot court experience. If I’m being honest, my presentation as an expert witness wasn't my "shining moment." I stumbled, felt the pressure of the cross-examination, and realized just how much more there is to master. You may think you already know your client, but there is always room for improvement.

But looking back, that’s exactly why it was the best part of the program. ⚖️

Standing in that "courtroom" provided a kind of learning you simply cannot get from a textbook. It taught me that growth doesn't happen when things go perfectly. It happens in the gaps where we realize we can be better. That experience has given me a lifelong lesson in resilience and precision that I am eager to carry into my practice.

Beyond the certificate, I’m walking away with a deeper commitment to delivering service and a reminder that being a lifelong learner means embracing the "messy" parts of the process.

Thank you, Philippine Investigation and Forensic Science Academy, for the opportunity. To my classmates, kahit online lang tayo nagkikita most of the time at 3 days lang tayo nagsama on-site, maraming salamat!!☺️☺️

To more learning and meeting new people😉😁😁

Today we reflect on the words of Mae Jemison. Healing and growth often begin when we stop seeking permission from a world that doesn't yet see our full potential.

May you continue to lead, heal, and inspire with a heart that knows no limits.
