The Occupational Safety and Health Center (OSHC) wish to invite you to the ππππ-ππ¨-ππππ βππ«ππ’π§π’π§π π¨π§ ππ«π π¨π§π¨π¦π’ππ¬ π’π§ ππ‘π ππ¨π«π€π©π₯πππβ that will be held on 26 to 27 August 2026 (Wednesday and Thursday), from 08:00 AM to 05:00 PM, in the OSHC, North Avenue corner Senator Miriam P. Defensor-Santiago Avenue, Diliman, Quezon City. A registration fee of β±1,400.00 per participant will be collected to cover training materials and meals (AM and PM snacks and lunch).
This advanced training course focuses on the principles of applied ergonomics in the workplace including the identification, assessment, and management of ergonomic risk factors in the office and industrial setting. This training will cover ergonomic concerns such as manual handling, work postures, computer ergonomics, and other ergonomic concerns in the workplace. The training will prepare the participants in developing strategies in managing identified risks and prevent the occurrence and recurrence of occupational and work-related injuries and illnesses.
To those interested, just make sure that you have taken any of these courses before submitting your intent to participate:
β’ Basic Occupational Safety and Health (BOSH) Training Course for Safety Officer 1 or 2;
β’ BOSH Training Course for Nurses;
β’ Construction Safety and Health (COSH) Training Course; or
β’ Post-graduate Course in Occupational Health and Safety (PGCOHS).
