"Today, I celebrate two birthdays." ❤️
Another year has been added to my life.
And at the same time, Gumban Physical Therapy Services is celebrating its 2nd year of serving patients and families in Silay.
To be honest, this journey hasn't been easy.
There were days when the clinic was full of patients. There were also days when it was very quiet.
There were times when I felt confident. There were also times when I felt scared.
There were moments when I questioned if I was doing enough and if I could still keep going.
But every time I felt discouraged, there was always one thing that reminded me why I started this journey.
You - The patients who trusted me.
The families who allowed me to become part of their recovery journey.
The simple messages that mean so much:
❤️ "I feel better na."
❤️ "Mas nakakagalaw na ako."
❤️ "Salamat, PT."
❤️ "Salamat, Shie."
Maybe this isn't the biggest clinic. Maybe I don't have the most equipment.
But in the last two years, I've learned that the most important part of Physical Therapy is not just treating pain.
It's giving people hope.
Hope that they can walk again.
Hope that they can return to work.
Hope that they can become more independent.
Hope that they can enjoy a better quality of life.
And as I reflect on the past two years, I asked myself one question:
"Lord, what if mauntat na ko clinic bwas, masubuan man ayhan akon mga patients?"
And the answer is yes.
Not because of me.
But because of the relationships, trust, and care that have been built inside this clinic.
So today, as Gumban Physical Therapy Services celebrates its 2nd Anniversary, my heart is filled with gratitude.
Thank you to every patient.
Thank you for every referral.
Thank you for every review.
Thank you for every share, like, and recommendation.
Thank you to everyone who believed in a simple dream.
This is not the end.
There are still many families we can help.
Many patients who can get back to doing what they love.
Many lives we can continue to reach.
From the bottom of my heart,
Thank you for being part of our first 2 years. ❤️
