The Ilocos Sur Polytechnic State College (ISPSC) Guidance and Counseling Services respectfully informs all concerned applicants that the schedule of the ISPSC College Admission Test (ICAT), originally set on May 6, 2026, has been rescheduled in view of the Systemwide Graduation Day.

In this regard, the ICAT will now be conducted on:

May 11, 2026 (Monday) at 8:00 in the morning

All applicants are advised to take note of this change and to adjust their schedules accordingly.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

The countdown to May 12, 2026, is officially on. To ensure your transition from applicant to student is seamless, double-check that your ICAT requirements are complete.

📑 Document Completion Guide:

The Guidance Office requires all lacking requirements to be settled immediately. Ensure you have submitted the following:
1. PSA Birth Certificate
2.Certificate of Good Moral Character
3.Transferees: Official Transfer Credentials
4. For Freshmen:A complete Report Card. If you only submitted First Semester grades, you must now provide the final version including the Second Semester.

Please be informed that ISPSC has adopted the Compressed Workweek Schedule (No Friday Work).
