Part 1
Strength, skills, teamwork, and readiness in action! π₯
The UA-Emergency Responders Group. successfully conducted its Physical Fitness Training, bringing together our dedicated volunteers for a day filled with learning, teamwork, discipline, and hands-on activities. πͺβοΈ
The training focused not only on physical strength but also on developing the skills and confidence needed in emergency response situations. Our volunteers participated in different activities designed to test their strength, endurance, coordination, balance, communication, and teamwork. Each exercise served as an opportunity to improve their ability to work together and respond properly when faced with challenging situations.
One of the highlights of the training was the proper practice of rescuing and transferring individuals using a spine board and wheelchair. Volunteers were guided on how to handle these situations carefully and properly while working as a team. They also practiced the three types of carrying techniques, allowing them to understand the importance of proper body positioning, coordination, and communication during rescue operations.
Beyond the physical activities, the training reminded everyone that being an emergency responder requires more than just strength. It requires discipline, alertness, cooperation, responsibility, and the willingness to help others. Every movement, every instruction, and every teamwork exercise contributed to building volunteers who are more prepared and confident to take action when needed.
This training is another step toward strengthening the capabilities of our volunteers and preparing them for situations where their skills may truly make a difference. Through continuous practice and learning, the UA-ERG continues to promote a culture of preparedness, service, and teamwork. π¨βοΈ
To all our volunteers, thank you for your dedication, effort, and active participation. Keep training, keep learning, and keep building the skills that can help save lives.
Train today. Stay ready. Serve with purpose. πͺπ₯βοΈπ¨
