Medical Sales Representative❗️🔥🔥🔥
SeigMed Pharma and Medical Supplies Distribution is looking for MOTIVATED and RESULT-ORIENTED Medical Sales Representatives with Good Character and Honest attitude to join our growing team.
Qualifications:
-Graduate of any medical, healthcare, business, or related course
-Sales experience, preferably in medical supplies, pharmaceuticals, surgical products, or hospital equipment
-Strong communication, negotiation, and customer-service skills
-Willing to conduct field visits to hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, and healthcare facilities
-Goal-oriented, hardworking, and self-motivated
-With good professional relationships with healthcare professionals is an advantage
-With driver’s license and own motorcycle/vehicle is an advantage
Job Responsibilities:
-Promote and sell medical supplies, surgical products, and healthcare equipment
-Develop and maintain relationships with doctors, nurses, purchasing officers, hospitals, and other healthcare institutions
-Identify new customers and business opportunities
-Prepare quotations and follow up on orders and payments
-Achieve assigned sales targets
-Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
We Offer:
-Competitive salary ₱50,000 worth of salary,stipend, boarding and travel allowance
-Potential monthly Sales commission and incentives to ₱140,000-399,000/month

-Transportation/communication allowance, Provided with Brand New Car
Target sales quota:
✅1.5M for the first 3 months probationary
(for renewal/unable to hit quota subject for non-renewal)
✅3M for the next 3 months(for retention/unable to hit quota but able to hit 1.5M(subject for 3months probationary extension)
✅1.5M per month or Total accumulated gross sales of 6M in 6months, Promoted to Regular
✅Stay For 15 years with good sales output, candidate for Seigmed Pharmacy Branche Franchise under joint venture agreement.
