That’s a wrap for our Mental Health Awareness Week 2025! 💚✨

The College Guidance Office, together with ICAS Tetuan – Mental Health Task Force, would like to thank everyone who participated in and supported this week’s celebration of awareness and wellness.

As Dr. Mary Jane A. Galang reminded us during her session on stress management — “Don’t wait for others to appreciate you, appreciate yourself.” 🌸
A beautiful reminder that self-worth begins within, and that taking care of our mental health is a form of self-love.

National Mental Health Awareness Month 2025

With the theme “Your Mental Health Matters: Turning Awareness into Action,” the ICAS College Department officially launched the Mental Health Awareness Week last October 6, 2025.

From inspiring messages to energizing activities like Zumba, the event reminded everyone that mental health is just as important as physical health.

Together, let’s continue to advocate for awareness, understanding, and compassion — because your mental health truly matters. 💚
