آپریشن کا طریقہ:
اس آپریشن میں ACL کو Peroneus Longus (PL) tendon graft سے دوبارہ بنایا جاتا ہے۔ گرافٹ کو ران کی ہڈی (Femur) میں EndoButton کے ذریعے اور پنڈلی کی ہڈی (Tibia) میں Interference Screw کے ذریعے مضبوطی سے فکس کیا جاتا ہے۔

احتیاطیں:

* فزیوتھراپی اور بحالی (Rehabilitation) کے پروگرام پر مکمل عمل کریں۔
* ابتدائی مہینوں میں دوڑنے، چھلانگ لگانے اور گھٹنے کو اچانک موڑنے سے پرہیز کریں۔
* ڈاکٹر کی ہدایت کے مطابق وزن ڈالیں اور ضرورت ہو تو بریس استعمال کریں۔
* زخم کو صاف اور خشک رکھیں۔
* درد، سوجن، بخار یا زخم سے رطوبت آنے کی صورت میں فوراً ڈاکٹر سے رابطہ کریں۔

ممکنہ پیچیدگیاں / اسباب:

* گرافٹ کا دوبارہ پھٹ جانا۔
* انفیکشن۔
* گھٹنے میں اکڑاؤ (Stiffness)۔

* ٹنل کی غلط پوزیشن یا نئی چوٹ کی وجہ سے ناکامی۔

* انفیکشن کی صورت میں اینٹی بایوٹکس اور ضرورت پڑنے پر آرتھروسکوپک صفائی۔
* اکڑاؤ کی صورت میں فزیوتھراپی، اور شدید صورت میں آرتھروسکوپک ریلیز۔
* گرافٹ فیل ہونے یا دوبارہ پھٹنے کی صورت میں Revision ACL Reconstruction۔
* درد یا فکسشن سے متعلق مسئلہ ہونے پر معائنہ اور ضرورت کے مطابق علاج۔
