Today’s Physician Forum was a combined activity in Collabration with Faisalabad Medical University, Saleem Memorial Hospital Lahore, Novo Nordisk and Indus Pharma. It brought together the participants of Diabetes Diploma Course by FMU and PGRs in Medical Units of Gulab Devi, SIMS, Mayo and Jinnah Hospital Lahore. We connected simultaneously on Zoom and Microsoft teams.
Professor Tariq Waseem delivered his Keynote Lecture on Lipid and adipocyte biology: Ectopic fat Distribution, inflammaging and insulin resistant mechanisms". It emphasised the significance of considering adiposity as a root cause of both insulin resistance, metabolic syndrome and CKLM ( Cardiovascular, Kidney, Liver & Metabolic Syndrome). A total of 100 plus PGRs attended this on both platforms.

Alhamdolillah our dream came true. Today we managed to hold Physician forum meeting Live from Saleem Memorial Hospital Lahore which was joined on Zoom by faculty and PGRs from Medical Units at Jinnah Hospital Lahore (@⁨Khalid Mahmud Khan⁩) Services Hospital Lahore( Prof. Asif Mahmood and Dr. Mehmud ul Hassan), West Medical Ward Mayo Hospital Lahore ( Prof. Naeem Afzal and @⁨Hina Lateef⁩), and Gulab Devi Hospital (@⁨Mehmood Nasir Malik⁩ and @⁨Wafa Qaiser⁩). @⁨Rizwan Zafar⁩, @⁨Taj Jamshed Prof⁩, Dr. Mubashar Sultan Hashmi (Bahria International hospital Lahore) and Dr. Mohsin Mehmood Consultant Physician Kuwait joined in person. It makes a total or around 100+ person attending the meeting.
A case of secondary progressive Multiple Sclerosis was presented by Dr. Maham Irfan Khawaja PGR Y1 Saleem Memorial Hospital Lahore.
Thank you @⁨Zeeshan Indus⁩, and team Indus Pharma for excellent coordination and arrangements at each site.

We look forward to hold this activity regularly on alternate Saturday and welcome presentations from participating units from their respective institutes using SMH Zoom link.

A 52-year-old lady has developed these nodular, tender lesions for the past 6 weeks. She has congenital VSD and is stable without any treatment. There is no H/O fever, any recent medication or arthralgia.
What is likely diagnosis?
What further work up should be carried out?
How would you manage her?
