Today's graphology workshop at Psychea Institute in Bahawalpur was a fascinating journey into self-discovery, showing how our handwriting is truly a silent biography of our inner selves.
Participants explored how every stroke and curve reflects our thoughts, feelings, hidden strengths, and emotional rhythms.
The session also introduced graphotherapy as a mindful writing method to positively influence personality!

The Islamia University of Bahawalpur (IUB), through its Women Health Care Center & Maternity Home (WHCC&MH), has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with The Psychea to launch a “Sustainable Mental Health and Wellness Program for the IUB Community.”

The MoU was formally signed at the Vice Chancellor’s Secretariat by Prof. Dr. Muhammad Kamran, Vice Chancellor IUB, and Prof. Dr. Masood Nadeem, CEO The Psychea, with Dr. Sheikh Safeena Siddique, Director WHCC&MH, as witness. The ceremony was attended by Dr. Samina Ejaz (Associate Professor & Additional Director WHCC&MH), Dr. Zarmina Irum, Dr. Sheema Sadia, Dr. Jam Sajjad Hussain (Associate Professors), along with members of The Psychea team.

Under this collaboration, IUB students (including children), employees, and staff will have access to ethical, standardized, and machine-based psychological profiling to help identify mental health concerns. Both institutions will work jointly to promote mental health awareness, innovative technologies, advanced therapeutic strategies, resilience building, and Psychological First Aid. The Psychea team will provide services at WHCC&MH during official hours.
