The best way to manage peri articular fracture is to use MIPO technique.





ٹخنے کی چوٹ بڑھاپے میں کافی عام چوٹ ہے اور ہڈی بھربھری(osteoprotic) ہونے کی وجہ سے ہلکی چوٹ بھی ہڈی کو چورہ کر دیتی ہے ۔ جدید طریقہ علاج سے چھوٹے چیروں کے ذریعے اپریشن کر کے ہڈی کو جوڑا جاتا ھے۔ جس میں ذخم خراب ھونے اور ہڈی نہ جڑنے کا خطرہ بہت کم ہوتا ہے۔

28سال کا نوجوان جس کا 20فٹ کھائ میں گرنے کی وجہ سے کولہے کی ھڈی ٹوٹ گئ تھی۔ مریض کے داخل ھونے کے چند گھنٹوں کے اندر آپریشن کر دیا گیا۔
Anterior column with posterior hemitransverse fracture, opened through a modified stopa approach. Anterior column reduced and plated, then the quadrilateral plate is reduced and plated, posterior collum screw was not passed as the collum was intact with mild comminution of posterior wall. Patient's post op neurology is intact Alhamdulillah.
