The results of the histopathology D. G. Khan Medical College, Dera Ghazi Khan are obtained in 3 weeks, thereafter, the lesion is excised and the residual defect is covered on the next available list. Patient is discharged on oral medicine & minimal dressing and put on follow up for stitch removal, alongwith detailed biopsy report to ascertain margin clearance or in case of metastatic lesion, they may need a referral to oncology deptt further.
