Today's case!
60 years female
Chronically carious 36
No disatal margin

Firstly the chamber was more bucally placed giving a classic Mousehole effect this was dealt with buccal extension of the chamber

Both mesial or***ces were in close proximity of eachother(giving operator a thought of single mesial canal) or***ces were enlarged using or***ce openers.

As we age, pulpal chamber and canals become narrow,so was in this case MB was totally calcified beyond 7-8mm which i opened using glide pro

And then in ML a ledge(that was created during initial hand instrumentation) was bypassed slowly and patiently to achieve ideal Working Length.

Tooth was larger than usual and was prepared till F2. Using protaper gold!

PS:the chamber is yet filled with RC sealer not filling
