Surgery of a Ventral Hernia / Paraumbilical Hernia in a 39years old male pt , a labour by profession.

The weakness of the abdominal wall muscles are strengthened by Mesh Placement . Drain is placed for a safety purpose to look for any bleeding aur seroma formation post operatively which will be removed after 3 to 4 days .

Another case of Perforated Appendix performed under all aseptic protocols with the expert Surgery and Anesthesia team .

A 50 years old female with the History of pain in Abdomen from last 4 days . Case of Acute Appendicitis which opened after 4 days turned out to be a case of Perforated Appendix and Pus filled in abdominal cavity . The appendectomy of this patient performed under all Aseptic protocols.

Patient was stable and discharged on 2nd day .

A 60 years old Diabetic female patient who was experiencing pain in the abdomen for 5 days , Typically She was having Symptoms of ACUTE APPENDICITIS . She operated successfully and per operative findings were Perforated Appendix and 200ml of Pus in Abdomen .. Appendix Removed and Abdomen Washed with Normal Saline . Alhamdulillah patient discharged on the 2nd day and is stable now .

A 28 years old female having Neck Swelling (Goitre) from last 5 years operated successfully having the dominant Nodule of the Right Side which successfully removed via Surgery .
