Cystic mass in the area of porta hepatis causing mass effect on CBD leading to obstructive jaundice and displacing portal vein...

Exploration with excision of endocyst and capitonnage done(all protocols were followed)...
SURGERY went uneventful Alhamdolillah...
Jaundice has been improved now...
