To provide Counseling sessions and to treat Adolescents, Youth, Young Married Couples and other people from the vicinity in a one to one session as well as raise awareness on adolescents/youth issues through Trainings, Sessions & Seminars in Community ASRH Center Activities:
1) To sensitize the health care providers and health workers to spread the key messages and refer subjects to ASRH.
2) Visit

OPD and provide awareness along with individual counseling sessions.
3) Build the capacity of health care workers on different emotional, reproductive, and psychological issues
4) Provide knowledge to adolescents regarding sexual and reproductive health through awareness sessions.
5) Tailored individual treatment plans for different clients.
6) Increased level of awareness among adolescents and youth on SRH matters and access to SRH services.
7) ASRH services are provided through different modules I.e., pamphlets, and one-to-one sessions.
8) Psychologists establish linkages with different departments and raise awareness on adolescents/youth issues to increase clientele for adolescents center.
9) Conduct a session with individual having;
A) Behavioral problems
Anger outburst/ acting out, drug misuse, conduct issues, attention-deficient, hyperactive, etc
B) Emotional
Feeling overly sensitive, conflicting thoughts, mood swings, feeling overly sensitive, fear of evaluation, revenge feeling, guilt, loneliness, fears,
C) Psychological
Anxiety, stress, depression, OCD, Paranoia, PTSD, suicidal ideation
D) Personality issues
Type-A, Type-B, Type-D
E) Social issue (conflict resolution, ability to reach out for help, communication skills, assertive techniques, etc)
10) Personality assessment and career and academic counseling according to their personalities

A valuable lecture was delivered to gynecologists on the topic of *The Well-Being Behind the White Coat: Mental Hygiene in Health Care Professionals*. The psychologist provided insights into the various dimensions of health and emphasized the critical importance of mental hygiene in everyday life. Participants were educated on effective strategies to enhance their mental health, fostering a deeper understanding of self-care practices. An engaging activity was incorporated to reinforce these concepts. To conclude the session, a *laughter therapy* exercise was conducted, highlighting its significant positive impact on fostering a supportive and productive professional environment.

Don't dwell on your past (adverse situation, unsuccessful relationships, failures, unmet needs etc) rather learn from it and move on.

Use your past as a ladder not as an excuse. Use it as a reference but it should not be a place of Residence .

The “Empty Chair” technique is very effective when you want to take off that Emotional Baggage/Burden from your shoulders and make peace within yourself. Talk to the part of You, you want to FORGIVE for the things you did when it was the only thing you could’ve done according to your understanding of life + to survive in this world + to cope with the adverse situations of life. Talk to the part of yourself you want to APPRECIATE, LOVE, RESPECT, EMPOWER. Be kind to You and let go of everything that is been stopping you from loving + accepting Yourself. You can also resolve any ongoing conflicts + unresolved trauma that causing you emotional pain, could be related to your relationships it could be your parents or siblings or friends or intimate partner. Talk it out, validate your feelings + emotions + experiences and Let It Pass ♥️

RANDOM THOUGHTS...

Ever since our parents were expelled from paradise, we have either been suffering, making other people suffer or watching the suffering of others. Why It always seems beyond our control?
Why we can't be the healers to someone?
Why we can't be the source of light for at least a few?
Why we can't be the source of happiness?
Why we can't be the ones who could solace and comfort others?
Why we are always on the taking verge? Why we can't give away a gesture of positivity?
One can't exist without others. No one knows the dept of humiliation until s/he suffers humiliation themselves; if everyone knows the pain that humiliation inflicts then why we are repeating the vicious cycle or becoming a part of it?
Where we are robbing our potential? Who exactly is the culprit? We? Our attitude? Our thinking? Emotional influence?
