Advancing Research, Inspiring Excellence!
Today, Dir College of Nursing & Allied Health Sciences, Timergara, proudly conducted the Pre-IRB Research Presentation Session in the Conference Hall, marking another significant milestone in our unwavering commitment to academic excellence, evidence-based practice, and quality nursing research.
Students of the BS Nursing 7th Semester, representing different research groups, confidently presented their research proposals on a wide range of important healthcare topics under the dedicated supervision and guidance of their respective research supervisors. Each group demonstrated remarkable preparation, scientific thinking, critical analysis, and presentation skills, reflecting the strong academic culture that Team DCN continuously strives to nurture.
The session was chaired by the Principal, Mr. Muhammad Khalil Khan, along with the respected faculty members as most of them were supervisors of their Research groups, who carefully evaluated each presentation and provided valuable academic feedback and constructive recommendations. Their expert guidance will further strengthen the quality, ethical standards, and scientific integrity of the students' research before the formal IRB approval process.
At Team DCN, we firmly believe that research is the foundation of innovation in nursing and healthcare. Through such academic activities, we are empowering our future nurses with the knowledge, confidence, critical thinking, and research competencies required to address contemporary healthcare challenges and contribute meaningfully to evidence-based nursing practice.
We extend our sincere appreciation to our visionary management, dedicated faculty, research supervisors, IRB Committee members, and hardworking students for making this academic event a great success. Together, we continue to foster a culture of inquiry, professionalism, and lifelong learning, ensuring that our graduates are not only competent healthcare professionals but also future researchers, leaders, and innovators.
Team DCN remains committed to building a generation of nurses who excel in academics, uphold the highest ethical standards, and contribute to the advancement of nursing research and quality healthcare at both national and international levels.
